Information

pH Stabilizer and Remedy for Cyanobacteria in Marine Aquariums
Oceanlife Life Snow is a preparation made up of various elements, including an ultra-fine powder of calcium and magnesium. The particle size ranges from 0.3 to 1.5 μm (thousandths of a millimeter). Dosed daily, it helps neutralize free acids, stabilizing the pH and creating a hostile environment for film algae and cyanobacteria. For its preparation, a very fine and pure calcium carbonate precipitate powder is used, among other things.
Thanks to its purity, prolonged use does not negatively affect water quality, resulting in healthy and colorful corals.

Instructions

1ml/100L daily
You can use Life Snow by simply adding 1 ml of product per 100 liters daily or as needed. The best time is in the evening with the lights off.
Immediately after dosing, the water will appear cloudy. This is perfectly normal and not harmful to the aquarium inhabitants.
In general, the right dose will make the water cloudy for about half an hour to an hour. If you notice some white powder on the rocks, the dose should be reduced. You might notice that some product is removed by the skimmer. This can happen if you have a high-performance skimmer.
If the cyanobacteria problem is related to pH instability, try to keep the pH as stable as possible around 8.3 - 8.4.
Life Snow does not disturb the biological balance of the system, unlike many competing products. Life Snow's action may be slower, but it is not harmful to the stability of the system.
