Mix of Activated Carbon and Selected Zeolites for the
Removal of Toxic Substances and Ammonium
Oceanlife Zeocarb is a mix of highly selected activated carbon and zeolites,
combining the best of both filtration systems. This product is capable of
absorbing organic pollutants (including the irritating substances released by
corals), dyes (phenols), pesticides, medications, chlorine derivatives,
compounds that cause bad odors, and toxic nitrogenous substances such as
ammonium and ammonia.
It can be used in any type of filter (fluidized bed, forced flow, filter sock,
etc.). The best performance is achieved with forced flow, allowing the water to
contact the entire surface of the product.
Insert 50-80 ml of product per 100 liters of water
into a filter or sock and replace once a month.
