Reef System Advanced

This program calculates the amount of components I, II, III required to maintain Calcium, KH and Magnesium at the desired values. Simplifies dosing of Reef System Advanced components and helps maintain stable values. We recommend performing the calculation once to find the initial dosage and then repeating the tests at regular intervals.
Stable values in the aquarium help to have healthy and growing corals.

Dilution: No dilution 1 liter osmosis, 1 liter Reef System 2 liters osmosis, 1 liter Reef System 3 liters osmosis, 1 liter Reef System 4 liters osmosis, 1 liter Reef System


Calcium replenishment:
To calculate the dosage of Reef System Advanced I, perform two calcium tests within a few days of each other, then fill in the following form.
Calcium test n.1: mg/l (ppm)
Calcium test n.2: mg/l (ppm)
Days between Calcium test n.1 and n.2: days
Daily current dosage of Reef System Advanced I: ml (enter 0 if you are not dosing anything)
Flow rate of the dosage pump for RSA I: [*] ml/h

[*]  Enter this value if your peristaltic pump is not equipped with an integrated computer that calculates the dosing time automatically. If you have a programmable peristaltic pump that allows direct entry of the value in ml to be dosed, do not fill in this field. The calculation will return an "Infinity" value and should not be taken into account.


Carbonates replenishment:
To calculate the dosage of Reef Syetem Advanced II, run two KH tests a few days apart, then fill in the following form. If you are using a meq/l test, please convert it by multiplying the result by 2.818 (1 meq/l = 2.818 dKH)
